It is best to have gas, water and hard-wired appliances disconnected by a qualified person before we arrive. Let us know when you book if anything is still hooked up.

Yes. Please empty them first. Appliances with refrigerant need to be handled properly, and we make sure they go where they are supposed to.

Since your items are already at the curb, there’s less labor involved, which helps keep the cost down.
